About Hera
I am a B.Ed-qualified teacher who believes that teaching is not just about completing the syllabus, but about helping children understand, grow, and gain confidence in themselves. I approach every student with patience, empathy, and encouragement, creating a safe and positive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
As a teacher, I focus strongly on concept clarity and strong foundations, especially during the primary years, which are crucial for a child’s academic journey. I understand that every child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods according to each student’s pace, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
I am particularly attentive to students who may feel hesitant, shy, or lack confidence, especially in English language learning. I work closely with them to build their speaking, reading, and writing skills gradually, ensuring steady progress without pressure.
I believe in maintaining clear communication with parents, providing regular feedback and guidance so that learning continues effectively at home as well. My goal as a teacher is not only academic improvement, but also to help students become independent, confident, and curious learners.
