About Arathy
I am an engineer who have completed BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering .I also pursued MTech in Micro and Nano Electronics .Teaching has been always a passion for me.The strategy I used during my studies was "Learn like a teacher so that you can share your knowledge to someone.Learn like a teacher so that you can explain a concept without byheart".I still follow this whenever I teach students also.I have been a tutor at an engineering tuition centre for around 1.5 years.

I don't think comparison between students and teachers are good.Everybody needs individual care is the important factor I look in to whenever I teach students .Because the way each student perceive theory ,numericals and assumptions will be different.Also the best way to teach numericals,laws and derivations is through pictorial based PPTs.In case of theory written notes along with few activities should be given.
