About Blaire
My fascination with engineering emerged from a desire to understand how things work and how problems can be solved through innovation. Over ten years, I have guided students to transform curiosity into practical skills, helping them build both confidence and competence in technical problem-solving.
I focus on adaptability, clarity, and experiential learning. Each student is unique, and I tailor lessons to nurture strengths while addressing challenges. Encouraging experimentation, reflection, and persistence is central to my approach.
Outside of teaching, I remain engaged with technological advancements, design innovations, and real-world applications. Bringing these perspectives into lessons allows students to see engineering as a living, evolving field. Teaching engineering is more than instruction — it is cultivating the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and creators.

Lessons are hands-on, encouraging experimentation, observation, and iterative improvement.
