I start from the scratch to make sure the candidate has a grasp as well as understanding of what is being imparted to him/her.Teaching is an art that mainly focusses on building a strong career and for that I focus on the base initially. I believe in making a simplified approach to the topic ny comparing it to real world issues so that it becomes easier to grasp. Once the foundation is strong , it can be easier for the candidate to analyse or work on anything.
