About Adam
I'm a college student looking to help tutor others in math, science, and College Prep. I've been tutoring classmates and younger students for years and have seen great success in their improved understanding. As a younger tutor, (18), I've been through honors classes and AP classes more recently and can give relevant instruction on the difficult topics presented. The same goes for college prep, especially the SAT. My previous dedication to college prep means I have a thorough understanding of the content as well as tips and tricks needed to boost an SAT score over 120 points (as I did).

I'm a college engineering student at MIT that loves making things and playing the trumpet. I teach students from middle school through high school specializing in math, physics, chemistry, and standardized tests. I find that every student learns differently and that often all is needed is an explanation style different from that of current teachers. My teaching method includes breaking down complex problems into easy steps and explaining the significance in a way that makes it easier to remember and a better foundation for future topics. Overall, my style is patient and dynamic to meet the student's learning style.
