I met Anja through my faculty. My first impression of her was that she is an extremely empathetic, smart, and creative lady. Even then, whenever I could not comprehend something or simply wanted to discuss the subject from the lecture, she was always available and easy to approach.

Anja is the type of superprof who treats each student differently, aware that each of you is unique and requires something different, although she's covering the same material. The more time you have, the more she gets to know you and accommodates the style and pace to suit you.

We certainly need more people like her to be teachers. Without tutors such as Anja, learning in my past life would have been much less stimulating and much less successful.
