About Kaelin
Hi! My name is Kaelin, and I am currently studying Architectural Engineering at the University of Waterloo. (So, if you have any university application questions, I am here to help with that too!) My goal here is to show you at the end of the day that math can be simple when you break free from the cookie-cutter approach that some teachers tend to take. Math doesn't have to be scary :)

My approach: Explaining mathematical concepts using real-world examples accurately, yet simple to grasp
My teaching techniques: Breaking difficult problems into their core concepts and asking the student questions every step of the way to maintain involved learning
Being a student myself, I know how hard it is when a teacher jumps quickly into a complicated concept and expects the student to automatically grasp it. I like to be taught using visuals, relatable examples and most of all, patience-- thus this is what I will bring as a tutor to anyone struggling :)
