About John
I'm an aspiring rocket scientist who's had a passion for space technology since I was a child. The idea that humans have taken elements from the Earth, and refined them in such a way that enables flight, is mind-blowingly absurd. Maths is the foundation of space technology. It translates physical laws into actionable capabilities, enabling rocket launches and deep space exploration. Calculating orbits, running simulations, deciphering cosmic data - all this would not be possible without mathematics. It is the language that unravels the secrets of the universe.

My approach to tutoring is as follows:
- You tell me what topics/concepts your child is struggling with.
- I prepare a lesson tailored specifically towards their needs.
- During the lesson I explain the concepts to your child with examples.
- I give them practice questions to complete.
- I answer any questions they may have and explain anything they're unsure about.
The typical length of a lesson is an hour. I achieved a 9 in GCSE Maths, so my understanding is crystal clear and very thorough. These lessons are for kids who need help with GCSE Maths.
