I have been an educator in the United States for over 5 years. I earned my Bachelor's in English Education and I am licensed to teach both English and English as a Second Language. I find great fulfillment in helping students to reach their goals and to find joy in the learning process!

My teaching style is focused on helping students at the individual level and their diverse learning needs. This is done through Differentiation, Scaffolding, and providing a comprehensive framework that looks at the student through a holistic education lens.
A typical lesson focuses on utilizing a hook to grab the students attention and focus, then having the student work with me one on one to use critical thinking to understand the subject (be it writing, listening, reading, or speaking) on a deeper level, and finally will end with a close that typically takes the form of an informal assessment.
My teaching style is diverse and is suited for students in the k-12 setting, or adults who are trying to learn English as a Second Language. These lessons focus on meeting the student at their level and then raising them up through meaningful targeted instruction.
