About Flora
I am a London-based English Literature tutor with a First-Class degree from the University of Bristol. My love of literature has shaped both my academic and professional path, from my early work at British Vogue to a career in advertising, where I developed strong communication and analytical skills.
At the core of my work is the belief that literature is not just about exams, but about learning how to think, interpret and engage with the world. I bring this into my tutoring, helping students approach texts with confidence and clarity.
I am particularly interested in helping students find their own way into literature, whether that means unlocking a difficult Shakespeare play, shaping a strong essay argument or seeing the relevance of a text to their own experience. My aim is to make literature feel accessible and engaging, while building the skills needed for academic success.
