About Mickaela
I have a degree and honours degree in Psychology and English. Both are my passions because both are the same thing in some way. We speak what we think, and what we think says a lot. I think I'm greatly suited to English because as much as the language itself is rigid; the speaker doesn't have to be. It is important to maintain a comfortable yet professional environment, at the same time adhering to individual needs.

Historically, learning a language is boring, especially one you speak and hear everyday. But what if you were made to think of English as a brand new topic? Something subjective, that could have meaning in a variety of ways. Thinking creatively is key to English and its facets. Literature is creative by definition, English Language is quite larger and unique. How many ways can I say the word unique? Interesting, special, distinctive, different, distinguishable, quirky, unusual, rare. The list goes on. What doesn't stop is the ways in which I could construct sentences to use those words. And you will learn to think about it liken that too!
