I am a university student pursuing my Bachelor's degree in the department of English from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. I was an English topper in my +12 boards. I also have quite an experience in tutoring young students at my place.

As a tuition teacher, my main focus lies on the background of a particular text and its author/poet. To get to know a text well, it is extremely important to get to the root of it. My main methodology is to begin a text by making my students understand the background of the text before reading the text. I prefer my students reading the text instead of me reading it out for them as it helps them in increasing their fluency and pronounciation. Also i prefer my students interacting with me while I teach as it sets a sort of comfort for the student to ask me questions freely without any hesitation. I mainly prefer students frome classes 5-8 although I can also teach students from classes 1-4 and 9.
