About Deanna
I am a registered teacher. AMEP/ESL/IELTS/QLD schools/Italian/Art/English. I have been teaching ESL for 20 years through university and private schools and in my private business. I also teach at primary and secondary schools. My students have become confident in English and gained jobs and tertiary qualifications.

With beginners, I use realia, that is concrete items to teach vocabulary. I also teach holistically with concepts from the University Design for Learning and explicit/structured method. To elicit information to build on and have fun is my main focus.
