About Iris
I am a college student at Georgia State University living in the Atlanta area. I have always had a strong passion for English, language arts, reading, and writing. I enjoy helping students understand difficult concepts and build confidence in their academic abilities.
I have experience tutoring students and assisting classmates with reading comprehension, writing assignments, spelling, and grammar. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving their skills.

I offer tutoring in English, language arts, reading, literacy, and spelling for elementary through high school students. My lessons focus on helping students build confidence while improving reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and learning style so concepts are clear and easy to understand.
During lessons we review school assignments, practice reading and writing skills, and work through examples together. I also help students prepare for tests, improve essays, and strengthen overall language skills. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing stronger academic skills.
