I am a creative teacher who uses a communicative and task-based approach to get the best out of my students, improving their accuracy and fluency in fun and stimulating ways. Lessons are typically in hour blocks, but I feel 1 hour and a half is the optimum time for a lesson. I have taught IELTS and Pre-Sessional EAP at Middlesex Uni in the last two years, and before that, I was a professor of EAP for the Pre-Sessional at Northampton Uni. I prepared my students for their academic studies. I have taught General and Exam English for the last 20 years at schools in London, Brazil, Italy and Germany. I am DELTA qualified from University College London. I have a Master's in Creative Writing from UEA. As a personal tutor, I have helped learners achieve their IELTS, prepare for Uni and achieve their language goals. I am a specialist in IELTS and EAP writing skills. My lessons are tailored to suit anyone and everyone, any level or age.
