About Bea
I have been tutoring on and off for the last few years in humanities based subjects from English,History and Geography. I am currently studying towards my BA in English Literature- to hopefully become a secondary school English teacher once I have completed my PGCE. I consistently achieve the highest grades per assignment and also run study clubs with my peers also. I live in East Sussex and adore living by the sea. Living here has also inspired me to write my own book & poetry anthology and would love to tutor within this too!

With my younger students, I find tutoring through 'games' is very effective - but can be just as effective with older students too! This engages the student and will make them actively consider what the game is about and allow them to join the study also. I also like to get to know the student before forging ahead with particular tutoring styles-- adapting the approach to their character type. For example, creative students will learn better when being tutored in a creative manner where they can express their best skill set in an enjoyable way.
