I approach tutoring with a student-centered methodology, focusing on interactive learning and practical application. I have consistently achieved As in English throughout my academic journey and have experience tutoring students in the subject. Having just completed Junior College, I am familiar with current syllabus requirements and exam techniques. My lessons are suitable for all students, whether in Primary School or Junior College, to improve writing skills, mastering comprehension, or preparing for exams. My techniques include: - Active Engagement: I use discussions, writing exercises, and real-world examples to make lessons more engaging. - Exam Techniques & Critical Thinking: I teach students how to analyze texts, structure essays effectively, and develop strong arguments. My typical lesson lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student's needs. Lessons include a mix of reading comprehension, writing practice, vocabulary building, and discussion-based learning.
