I provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting their strengths and offering guidance on areas that need improvement. Error correction is done in a supportive manner, fostering a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and learning from their mistakes.
A typical lesson plan includes the following components:
Warm-up/Engagement: I start the lesson with an engaging activity or discussion to activate prior knowledge and create interest in the topic of the day.
Guided Practice: I guide students through practice exercises or activities to reinforce the newly learned content. This may involve individual, pair, or group work, depending on the lesson objectives.
I take the time to understand each student's specific goals, strengths, and challenges. By personalizing my approach, I can provide targeted support and guidance tailored to their needs.
My lessons will be designed for middle school students and high school students.
