Hi my name is Gary, Im a senior teacher for International house, and I am Currently completing my masters in EFL. my main goals for students are as follows:
Develop reciprocity and cooperation among students.
Encourage active learning.

Respect diverse talents and ways of learning.
Personalizing lessons to each students need, 1-2-1.
