About Miriam
I am an author and experienced ghostwriter, with a Certificate of Competence from the Writer's Bureau. I have an MA/PD, MA offered and BS, but in Philosophy. I did take English classes at undergraduate level and one course that was taught as a bi-level undergrad/graduate level course.
I have lived in 3 different nations, and spent some years learning German as a second language so I am a little enlightened and patient about dealing with people learning English as a second language.
I did teach some small group English to adults in Germany.

I adapt my teaching approach to my students. However, I like to provide a hands on approach for people to learn. My hope is that 50% of the time or more would be spent practicing. Students can expect to read, to speak, to write. I will provide correction and encouragement to learn.
