Every student is different. I deal with a student based on their lack of understanding on that particular part of a subject. My teaching method is case method and discussion. I like engagements through class discussions where learners would share their own thoughts and experiences. That is to say, both, I the tutor and the student are engaged in the teaching style and learning process which helps the student gain more insightful knowledge and to be able to apply the theory in a more realistic and consequential instance.
