About Tessa
I have degree in Spanish, therefore I understand what it's like to learn another language. Due to my experience, I know methods that we can use in order to improve your skills quickly.
I have a TEFL certification (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and thus have the capacity to teach learners of different levels. I have experience as a tutor where I specialized in teaching writing. I also have taught children, because of this I am able to accommodate learners of any level regardless of your current English skills.

My methodology is based in student learning and progress. That is to say, my classes are personalized for the level of the student and focus on the skills they want to practice and improve.
Also, I believe that the best way to learn a language is to use it. Thus, my classes are taught in English - but I can clarify concepts in Spanish if it is necessary. My classes have an emphasis in listening and speaking. These skills will combine with the other skills you want to learn, whether that be writing, reading, or grammar, so that we can improve your language skills quickly.
