About Anna-Eva
For years I have been teaching at all ages, at MBOs, primary schools or courses for companies. I teach preschool children through Whole Brain Teaching and the TPR (total physical response) method and I give courses to primary school teachers how they can apply these methods to the class themselves. I have given several secondary school students private lessons and helped them prepare for their tests for higher grades in order to move on to the next year. I give private lessons to singers and rappers to work on their pronunciation, I go through every letter and sound with them to perfect them to sound 100% English in their songs. I own IN.Lingo Leiden where I offer language lessons as after-school activities in Leiden and Leiderdorp.

When I teach children I use the Whole Brain Teaching method. I start with the attention getter "Class, yes", then give them a new piece of information, have them repeat it and portray it until I notice that they understand and then we make exercises. I prefer to work with the Get Smart books from HQ Mitchell. I also do a lot of games with them, board games, theater exercises, circle games, etc. to keep the variation in it and to be able to offer something interesting for every type of student. Sometimes I take the ukulele with us and we sing a song or have them fill in missing words in a lyrics.
