I've known Joel for one year, and as his mentor and English 1 team member, I have witnessed daily his desire to teach, help students, and learn. He often arrives an hour earlier than required, using that time to review lessons and meet with me to discuss best practices to approach learning and struggling students. Personality wise, he's upbeat, passionate, and loves spreadsheets. Joel is an asset to the team and encourages me to be a better teacher.

Mr. Eaton is an excillent coworker and teacher. From what I've obserbed, he has great rapor with his students, and creates a safe and successful learning environment.
