About Alixandra
I have over a decade of teaching experience, including 5 years working in higher education in France, Canada, and England. I give courses in literature, grammar, pronunciation, and business correspondence, as well as courses in music and musicology. I have helped many students write theses, reports, etc., and prepare for exams (the Bac, concours/entrance exams, SAT, GRE, TOEIC), as well as for interviews and conferences.

I am a Canadian expat and have been living in Paris since 2013. Currently an English instructor at the Sorbonne, I have been giving private lessons in English, literature, and music for 10 years.
I love working with teenagers and adults, intermediate (B1 / B2) to advanced levels (C1 / C2). My 5 years of experience teaching in French, Canadian, and English universities means my courses are ideal for students wishing to study or work abroad.
I offer several types of courses and methodologies tailored to each student's particular goals and interests.
