About Anastasia

Hello! My name is Anastasia and I am a recent Queen Mary University of London graduate. I have studied English Literature for the past three years, as well as back at school. I have myself done IGCSE and IB and have previously taught teenagers to prepare them for these exams. I have also tutored primary school children whose first language wasn't English, helped them with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and accents, conversational and written language. I have myself studied English ever since I was a baby and consider myself a native speaker at the moment. I have lived abroad most of my life. For the last two years I have been living in London.

About the lesson

I have 2 years of informal teaching experience among elementary school students and have taught conversational English to teenagers. I have also recently acquired a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature at Queen Mary University of London. Together we can: - Improve pronunciation and perfect your accent - Learn new vocabulary - Get rid of your language barrier - Find interesting books/articles/movies for you to explore in a new language - Have fun learning something new The lesson length typically ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your preference. We will use a variety of teaching materials such as exercise books, vocabulary lists, short clips and movies, song-lyrics and books.
