About Luke

Hey there! I'm from Montana, where the landscapes are as epic as the stories they inspire. I studied English in college, which pretty much set the stage for everything that came after. I've done a stint as a naval officer, which was all about discipline and getting things done.

After the Navy, I jumped into marketing for a good decade, learning how to grab people's attention and keep it. Then, I made the shift to digital publishing, where I've been for the last five years, navigating the new ways we share stories online.

I've written a book, a bunch of articles, and yeah, I'm pretty much always buried in a book, especially if it's got anything to do with fiction or fantasy. Big fan of Michael Crichton over here—his stuff just clicks with me.

Oh, and I've picked up a bit of Mandarin and Spanish along the way. Just enough to get by and add a little flavor to the mix.
