English tutor offering lessons in any English/English Literature related areas - from GCSE to A Level

I’ve been tutored by Maisie for nearly a year now and I could not recommend her more. She is extremely well informed on all texts we go over and is excellent at applying the requirements of the mark scheme into her teaching.

Maisie is very well educated, she is also understanding and reliable. These are all traits that enable Maisie to be an excellent tutor.

Maisie is an extremely hard working, enthusiastic and intelligent person achieving high grades in her A Levels and excelling in English all throughout school and college, pursuing the subject at the University of York which is one of the best Unversities in the UK for English Literature. She has fantastic people skills (which she’s developed through her current and previous retail jobs having to work with customers) and an altruistic nature, always striving to help people achieve their full potential- including helping me with my studies during our A Levels. She gets along with people of all ages, spending a lot of time with her younger family members so is extremely good at working alongside and looking after all different kinds of people and would therefore be very beneficial in helping them achieve success in English, tutoring them with her excellent knowledge whilst also being like a friend. what more could you want?

I have know Maisie for almost 8 years now. Maisie is a caring, supportive individual. She’s a good listener who always sees the best in people. Her knowledge in English is amazing and it would be a missed opportunity to not choose her as your tutor. I highly recommend!

Maisie is a friend of mine since school. She is responsible and friendly, her work experience in a primary school has shown this. She is smiley and understanding, and never talks down to people! Anyone would have a good time and gain a lot from any tutoring with Maisie.
