About Ryan
I'm Ryan, 22 and a Modern Languages student from Dublin, Ireland. I have already gained experience in teaching English as a foreign language for almost two years. Last year I lived in Spain and I worked as an English teacher at a language school. Since September I've been working as a foreign language assistant at a high school here in Germany and that's why I know the curriculum here pretty well. I also have experience in preparing for the Trinity and Cambridge Exams, as well as Abitur, both oral and written exams.

My teaching method is mainly based on the idea of immersion, but I always try to base my lessons on the needs and goals of the students so that they can quickly see the results they want. Much of my teaching method is to make English entertaining and interesting and to show the diversity of the language and the cultures in which it is spoken. This can be through games, videos or music, but it always depends on who the student is satisfied with, and I respect that when planning my lesson.
