About Miki
I’m a Grade 12 student who has completed Accelerated Year 12 Literature in 2025, finishing with a perfect 100/100.
I have received a QCAA Subject Achievement Commendation for achieving the highest possible score, and remain on the 2025 Subject Honour Roll.
My Yr 12 subjects are Accelerated Literature (completed), Accelerated Maths Methods (completed), Specialist Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Spanish, and I currently hold a 100% Academic scholarship.
I genuinely love English and enjoy helping others feel more confident in their learning.
My love for English extends to various competitions, achieving 2 High Distinctions and 5 Distinctions in ICAS English, 2nd Place in QLD for English in the Da Vinci Decathlon (overall 1st in QLD and National Qualifier for 2 years), and Top 1% in Reading, Writing, and Overall in the ACER Scholarship exam.
Whether you're catching up or looking for help with schoolwork, I'm here to make English less stressful and a lot more fun.

I know English can be tricky sometimes, but I’m here to make it easier!
My one-hour sessions are for students from Kindergarten to Year 11, and are adjusted to each student's unique learning style and goals.
1. We will first discuss your goals and background - how are you performing at school, and what do you hope to achieve?
2. I will analyse your personal strengths and weaknesses in the subject to determine which areas should be further refined and targeted.
3. ★ My lessons include practice in creative writing, analytical essay writing, reading comprehension strategies, or support for homework/assignments.
✎ Resources
I will provide access to a range of exemplar essays and creative works assessed by QCAA, including the assessment pieces that scored me a 50/50 on my Internal Exams.
➣ I will also provide resources on writing techniques, covering topics such as:
- cohesive essay planning (quote analysis, use of literary devices/techniques, cultural attitudes, author's intent)
- thesis building
- paragraph writing & structure
- creative writing (cohesive & expressive language, stylistic devices)
- thematic expression
★ For schools studying Hamlet for the External Exam, I will provide access to a comprehensive OneNote page, including:
- 18 full essay plans, spanning 12 characters and 29 themes
- the essay plan that scored me 25/25 in my External Exam

- 11 thesis statements
