About Anika
Health and Fitness have been my passion for as long as I can think back. Yoga on the other hand came into my life about six ago now. It was not until last year that I finally decided to immerse myself into a two month yoga teacher training to learn about this beautiful ancient philosophy that we call yoga. It has reassured me that my beliefs completely align with it and that I want to dedicate my life to pass on this message. Yoga is far more than just moving the body - it a way of life.

My goal is it to teach tools to find your way back into balance. Whatever it is that you are looking for, may it be more balance and flexibility or coming to the mat to have a moment of relaxation and easing the mind. Yoga has changed my life in every aspect for the better and I want to share this beauty with my clients. We find ourselves often anxious, stressed and aggravated and these emotional blockages manifest in our bodies. We want to allow the mind and body to sense and feel what these important signal are telling us. Receive and Release. We want to become aware of what it is that is putting this big cloud over our minds which keep us from being our most authentic self. Together we will create a sequence to release inner imbalances and find a way back to home. Self-remembrance.
