Graduated from Abertay Dundee University, UK majoring in Business Management in Marketing. I have been conducting coaching/training for teams/staff for 4 years on product and service knowledge development, sales and marketing techniques, negotiation skills, leadership, decision-making processes, as well as other skill development and work efficiency. I have supported teaching English with my mother's student for a number of years.
