About Amy
I am a first class graduate in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham and achieved an A in a-level Biology and A* in GCSE Biology and physics. I have worked collaboratively throughout my degree on group projects and helped others achieve a high grade and visa versa. I worked very hard in school and have effective revision techniques and a thorough understanding of mark schemes. I am a determined person who will always find a solution to a problem!

I am an outgoing, easygoing person who loves science and the natural world. My lessons are geared toward secondary school level students and above. The lessons are tailored to the individuals learning style and include visual aids, quizzes, revision cards, topical discussions and homework or revision material. My lessons are thorough covering the topic at hand in detail and ensuring the student has a good understanding of the subject by the end. My teaching philosophy is that you can achieve anything with the right mindset!
