About Andrea
I am a TESOL student with 3 years of experience in teaching English as a teacher's assistant and head teacher. I have taught students from very beginner level all the way to academic English. I have an Associate's degree in Modern Languages and will have a Bachelor's in TESOL in May.

My teaching method is based on creating high communication competence. While I believe that knowledge of grammar is important, I focus on the ability to communicate ideas first. Then we will fine-tune grammatical knowledge to enhance your English. With this style, the student should be able to communicate in English earlier which will enable more authentic practice.
