About Arwen
I am currently majoring in History, but often tutor for English, as it is my strongest subject in both proficiency and teaching. My father was a college English professor for over 20 years, and I would often sit in on his lectures as a young child. I think that he definitely is the reason why I love English and excel in it during courses. I pride myself in being able to teach in an age-friendly way, whether my student is in elementary school, or a college student.

While I don't have much professional training, I see myself as an avid lover of English and literacy, constantly helping my fellow classmates with their essays and tutoring at my college for both English and History.
When looking through essays, I pride myself in not only offering corrective measures, but teaching how to better one's writing overall in a way that works for individuals personal style of writing and learning.
I prefer to look over essays beforehand and then conversing over an online meeting to discuss and clarify.
These lessons are for anyone, as I have experience in tutoring from K-12 as well as college level courses.
