About Natalia
I'm Natalia, originally from Barcelona, Spain, and I moved to New York at the beginning of 2024. As soon as I arrived I realized that even though most of the students were taking Spanish lessons at school, barely any of them were able to actually speak it or write it. I asked my sister-in-law to show me her Spanish homework and, while we were going through it she told me how she really didn't like those classes. I quickly saw where the problem was: they don't really see the point in studying it, they don't know they need to learn it, and most importantly, they don't see it as something fun to do. Even though I had been a year without tutoring since I'm also in the Consulting professional field, I decided to go back to it, because I truly believe I can make a difference in the learning experience over here. I also hold a Communication degree from Boston College and Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).
