About the lesson

Engaging Lessons for Curious Minds
I make math and science fun! My student-centered approach focuses on truly understanding concepts through interactive models, experiments, and discussions. Lessons involve thought-provoking questions, collaborative problem-solving, and hands-on activities using everyday materials.
A typical 60-minute session starts by assessing your level and learning goals. Next, we dive into the topic with a short video or animation to build foundational knowledge. Then we tackle example problems together, using models to visualize abstract ideas. I guide you to develop critical thinking skills and draw connections between concepts. Sessions end by summarizing key takeaways and setting goals for next time.
What sets me apart is my ability to break down complex ideas into understandable chunks. I draw on 8 years of tutoring experience to explain concepts in multiple ways. My lighthearted, supportive style encourages participation. I provide personalized homework to reinforce your strengths and improve weaknesses.
My lessons are best suited for college students studying maths and other science foundational courses. I can also assist middle school and high school students studying math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus) and science (biology, chemistry, physics). My passion is igniting curiosity and confidence! Contact me to schedule your first session today.
