About Greta
I am an Excel tutor with 6 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems. My interest in Excel started with curiosity about how data can be organized and used effectively for decision-making. Over the years, I have helped many students improve their spreadsheet skills and confidence. My goal is to make Excel simple, practical, and useful for real-world applications.
My teaching style is structured, clear, and supportive. I break down complex functions into simple steps so students can understand easily. I use real-life examples and hands-on practice to strengthen learning. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s pace and needs to ensure steady improvement. Helping students build confidence in data handling is always my focus.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring data systems and improving workflow efficiency. This helps me keep my lessons practical and updated. I feel proud when students gain confidence and begin working independently with data. Supporting their growth and helping them develop strong Excel skills is something I truly value, and I remain committed to guiding them with patience, clarity, and continuous encouragement throughout their learning journey.

My Excel lessons focus on making data handling simple, practical, and easy to learn. I begin with basics such as cell formatting, data entry, and simple formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, and COUNT. Students learn how spreadsheets are structured and how data flows logically. I use step-by-step demonstrations so learners can follow easily. This builds confidence from the beginning.
As students progress, I introduce functions such as IF statements, VLOOKUP, charts, and pivot tables. I guide learners through real-world data exercises that reflect practical usage. I explain formulas in a simple and clear way so students understand logic and application. I support beginners who need extra help and challenge advanced learners with complex data tasks. Each lesson is adapted to match the student’s pace and learning needs.
With regular practice, students become efficient in handling and analyzing data. They develop strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
