About Maya
My interest in Excel began during my studies in Business Data Analytics, where I discovered how meaningful decisions often start with well-organized information. Over the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping students feel confident working with spreadsheets, especially those who initially find data overwhelming. I approach teaching with patience, clarity, and a calm, supportive tone so learners feel encouraged rather than pressured. Seeing students gradually build confidence and independence in their analytical skills is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. I enjoy teaching Excel because it blends structure, problem-solving, and creativity. Whether I’m guiding a beginner through simple formulas or helping an advanced learner build powerful dashboards, I tailor every lesson to the student’s pace and goals. My teaching style emphasizes clear demonstration, real-world relevance, and thoughtful practice exercises that strengthen understanding. I believe that when students feel emotionally supported, they learn more effectively and grow into confident, capable thinkers. Outside teaching, I continue exploring data analytics, modern spreadsheet tools, and professional development courses that deepen my knowledge.
