About Bailey
My interest in Excel began when I discovered how spreadsheets can transform confusing information into clear insight and structured understanding. This curiosity led me to earn a BBA in Business Intelligence followed by an M.Sc in Applied Data Analytics, where I studied reporting systems, financial modeling, and professional data organization strategies. Over 9 years of teaching experience, I have helped learners develop strong Excel skills through patient instruction and practical support.
I believe Excel should be taught through real-world relevance rather than overwhelming technical detail. My teaching style focuses on breaking tasks into manageable steps, explaining formulas clearly, and helping students practice until they feel confident. I encourage learners to ask questions freely and build independence by understanding why each function works. Many students improve rapidly once they see Excel as a tool for clarity rather than complexity.
Outside tutoring, I stay engaged with Excel through analytics projects, dashboard design, and continual learning of new spreadsheet features. Teaching Excel is meaningful because I witness students gain confidence and unlock valuable skills for their future careers.

Lessons are practical, supportive, and designed to build confidence step by step.
Each session is tailored to the learner’s experience level. Beginners start with navigation, formatting, simple calculations, and essential functions such as SUM, IF, and basic charts. Intermediate learners strengthen their skills through lookup formulas, conditional formatting, structured reporting, and data organization methods. Advanced students explore pivot tables, dashboard building, automation tools, and analytical workflows used in professional industries. Every lesson includes guided practice, correction support, and realistic exercises.
