About Keno
I am an experienced violin tutor with 8 years of teaching experience, helping students from school level to working professionals learn and improve their skills. Teaching music is something I truly enjoy, and I am committed to supporting students in their musical journey.
My teaching philosophy is based on understanding, patience, and structured learning. I believe that anyone can learn violin with the right guidance and regular practice. I focus on building a strong foundation by teaching basics such as posture, bow control, rhythm, and note reading.
I then guide students towards advanced techniques and musical expression. I also provide regular feedback and practice guidance to help students improve consistently. I have successfully trained over 150 students, many of whom have improved their confidence and performance skills. I create a friendly and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable. My goal is to make violin learning a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

My teaching methodology focuses on clarity, consistency, and real-world understanding of music. I emphasise strong basics like posture, bow control, finger placement, and scales to ensure proper technique.
I follow a structured approach and guide students step by step, making sure they understand each lesson clearly. I also adapt my teaching based on each student’s goals and progress. Communication is an important part of my classes, and I encourage students to share their doubts openly.
I provide regular feedback and continuous support. I follow integrity by being honest, responsible, and committed. Along with violin, I also teach music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and performance skills.
