About Gibson
I am an accounting graduate, lecturer and researcher. I have been teaching since 2012 . I have dealt with over 3 000 university undergraduate first and second year students in my teaching career and also supervised 2 Masters graduates and 40 Honours students. I am a trained mentor too.

I base my teaching methods on a student-centred approach, grounded in constructivist theory. I normally like to get my students participating and critically thinking as it is key to learning. I normally provide many scenarios that create a teaching opportunity.
