About Brittany
My personal standards related to teaching will adhere to the educational institution’s policies and guidelines, fair and equitable treatment toward students, and to exude ethical practices to all of my students. I am committed to making the distance learning experience comparable to classroom learning, but to always consider students' daily, family, and career responsibilities. There is an achievable balance between all of those things, but it is my duty as a teacher to give students the tools and resources necessary to maintain that balance. Distance learning programs have enabled me to obtain two Master’s degrees in the midst of pregnancy, working full time, my children’s extra-curricular activities, ministry, entrepreneurship, and other daily responsibilities. My goal is to maximize my students’ time as best as possible.

Based on my experience as a distance learning instructor, and academic tutor, I have assessed the positive and negative ways of how to conduct virtual classrooms and/or discussions, effectively communicate with students, and creating course content material that fosters engagement which can enhance the student's learning experience. I look forward to the opportunity of providing quality education to all my students because distance learning is a time and financial commitment. It is imperative that I remain abreast of my students' needs and to be available to assist them in accomplishing academic achievement.
