About Sean
I originally scored a 35 on the ACT, and I've taught with many prep companies in the past.I have been tutoring the ACT for over five years and have a breadth of knowledge on each section (including writing). I currently hold a degree in biochemistry, and I'm in the second year of a PharmD/PhD program at the University of Utah.

I typically have a student complete a few assessments prior to any lessons to isolate weaknesses. Lessons will be curtailed to target deficiencies, focusing on specific practice problems and detailed lessons. I thoroughly believe the best way to improve scores is by learning how to take the ACT and incorporating proven strategies. My teaching style is designed to improve scores in the shortest period of time. I help a student accomplish this by getting straight to the point and focusing only on what they need to know in order to achieve their goal score.
