About Andy
I'm Andy! My education consisted of film practice, film history/theory, art theory, and literary theory. My undergraduate degree was in Cinema and Media Arts with a minor in English and my masters was in Film Studies. Since then I have taught courses and lectures related to filmmaking, film history, and film theory. I also am an award winning filmmaker and writer whose works have been screened at film festivals and published in magazines around the world.
With my background in both filmmaking and film studies I have a holistic and far ranging understanding of film and all of its components. I am here whether you need support with understanding complex film theory, writing a film analysis, making a short film, and much more!
I am still currently making and writing about film so I am up to date on current practices, technology, programs, and ideas.

Acting tutoring lessons can spent doing a bunch of different activities from running lines, performing monologues, or learning about contemporary audition practices. We can also work on honing skills such as listening, acting in front of a camera, and concentration.
