About Juliana
Nowadays I teach at EF Brighton as a teacher putting into practice all my previous experience and things I have learned in the CELTA course. I have taught English private classes for over 15 years.
My first experience as a teacher was at an English school where I taught for 5 years. I have had experience in different methodologies as well.
Also, I have 10 years of experience in school management (strategies, administration, sales, marketing, Human resources, and others) because I was a partner/owner in a franchise of an English school which we had about 500 students in Brazil. In order to improve performance, I’ve always kept on specializing in technology facilities and communication techniques such as Neurolinguistic Program. I have good engagement with technology, music and languages.
I speak English and Portuguese fluently, but I am able to communicate in Italian, Spanish and also a little French.
I great experience in teaching, training, recruiting and team management.

Since I am a CELTA certified and I have had experiences in different methodologies over 15 years, I personalize the lessons according to the students strenghts and weaknesses. Having in mind the effiency and desired results, each student will be evaluated, analized and his/her classes will be adapted to his/her needs.
I am committed to fostering learning autonomy in young adults and adults. I can use Neurolinguistic Program practice to stablish an easier and more practical communication with students overcoming students barriers on the learning process.
I have an upbeat and cheerful personality, so I am able to easily establish a supportive rapport with students promoting the best classroom atmosphere.
