About Kessley
I am a Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MPhil in Biology. I take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to teaching biological communication and scientific writing. I help students understand complex biological concepts clearly and convey them effectively in both writing and presentations.
My lessons focus on structuring research papers, interpreting data, and presenting scientific findings with clarity. I guide students in using peer-reviewed articles, designing graphical abstracts, and practising oral presentations. I work closely with university students, aspiring researchers, and science communicators to strengthen their skills.
I emphasise clarity, precision, and storytelling in science, making sure students can communicate their ideas with impact. Assignments and exercises are designed to build confidence in writing, analysing, and presenting biological research. I provide consistent feedback to help students refine their work and develop professional competence.
