About Oleg
I started boxing in 1995 in Rostov, Russia and was a competing amateur boxer until 2004. I train regularly to this day, but I stopped competing in 2004 to focus on other life goals. I have been a member of reputable boxing clubs for many years in Russia, France, Spain and the UK. I am familiar with a million different boxing styles and coaching approaches

My lessons are inspired by the way that I was coached by accomplished coaches in Rostov, Russia, in the 1990's - Soviet boxing school, also known as the Eastern Europe style. I also incorporate elements from other training programs, inspired by modern American professional coaches. Structure and intensity would depend on the client's individual goals. I will guide you through specific drills to improve your footwork, punching techniques, defense, controls, feints, ring generalship, positioning, psychological warfare, speed, strength and endurance that will undoubtedly make you a better fighter.
