About Elizabeth
I have over 10 years of cheerleading experience and 5 years as a competitive middle school head coach. Cheerleading has always been a huge part of my life, and I am passionate about sharing my love for the sport and helping athletes grow in both skill level and confidence.
Outside of coaching, I am a proud mom to a one year old boy and a pet lover with two orange cats, and a great dane puppy. I bring patience, positive energy, and dedication to every session, and I truly enjoy helping athletes reach their full potential.

I have been in the cheer world for over 10 years, 5 of which are as a head cheerleading coach for a competitive middle school team. I focus on building strong fundamentals, clean technique, and confidence in skills. I specialize in flying technique/flexibility, tumbling, jumps, and motion technique.
Each session is tailored to the individual athlete's goals and skill level. Sessions include targeted warm-ups, strength and flexibility training, and real-time corrections to ensure safety and steady progress with each of my athletes. I work with all levels of cheerleading, even people just getting started and want to learn more about the sport!
