I have known Ms. Bayne since the mid-1980s. In that time, she has taught full-time in the English Department at Tiffin University and as an adjunct at other colleges.

As a professor, Ms. Bayne has met a multitude of challenges, designing and teaching classes at all levels, including the graduate course, The Culture and Literature of Modernity. She helped in the revisions of the undergraduate English major and the Master of Humanities program.

Ms. Bayne has also shown herself to be an excellent tutor, which she did at the Marian College Writing Center.

As a professor, Ms. Bayne often works one on one with students, and her efforts have helped some get accepted into graduate programs, find teaching positions, and present papers at national conferences.
